Located adjacent to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) in Yellowstone Airport Plaza, a new mixed-use and planned development, the IHG Hotels and Resorts (IHG) the branded hotel will serve the ever increasing demand from the airport and the entire Gallatin Valley.
Leading the development project, ERES Capital called on O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC to partner and manage the EVEN hotel. With an estimated completion date of late 2022, the hotel will consist of approximately 70,000 square feet over four floors and 120 guest rooms. Thoughtful on-site amenities include an indoor swimming pool, Cork & Kale restaurant, bar and market, lounges, meeting rooms, top-notch athletics studio, flexible activity space and outdoor courtyard with fireplaces. EVEN Hotels targets the needs of well-being travelers, responding to the growing demand of active people who want to maintain their daily routine at a lower cost while traveling.
The hotel will serve not only the busy BZN traffic, but also that of Belgrade, the city of Bozeman, the Bridger Bowl ski area, the rapidly expanding areas of Big Sky Resort and yellowstone national park. Like the airport, yellowstone national park has also grown exponentially, and in June of this year the park hit a new monthly record of nearly one million visitors, an increase of 64% from june 2020.

In 2015, to better serve this influx of airport traffic, Gallatin County, the city of Belgrade, and BZN worked together on the I-90 interchange project which created a new exit and constructed two underpasses, roundabouts and sidewalks. The increased traffic also spurred the development of Yellowstone Airport Plaza, the new shopping center slated for Belgrade, Bozeman and visitors to BZN. Spanning 53 acres, the mixed-use complex is one of the region’s largest developments and will include the new EVEN hotel.
