Leading the development project, ERES Capital called on O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC to partner and manage the EVEN hotel. With an estimated completion date of late 2022, the hotel will consist of approximately 70,000 square feet over four floors and 120 guest rooms. Thoughtful on-site amenities include an indoor swimming pool, Cork & Kale restaurant, bar and market, lounges, meeting rooms, top-notch athletics studio, flexible activity space and outdoor courtyard with fireplaces. EVEN Hotels targets the needs of well-being travelers, responding to the growing demand of active people who want to maintain their daily routine at a lower cost while traveling.
The hotel will serve not only heavy BZN traffic, but also Belgrade, the town of Bozeman, the Bridger Bowl ski area, the rapidly expanding areas of Big Sky Resort and Yellowstone National Park. Like the airport, Yellowstone National Park has also grown exponentially, and in June of this year the park hit a new monthly record of nearly one million visitors, a 64% increase from June 2020.
