Keller Williams releases YTD ’22 results

AUSTIN, Texas–()–Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by number of agents, reports year-to-date 22 results after achieving significant global growth and topping corporate culture rankings.

“As we face increasing macroeconomic headwinds, we are bracing for what we expect to be a period of slower growth,” said Sajag Patel, Chief Operating Officer, KW. “Yet our training and coaching value proposition is specifically designed to enable our agents to capture more market share during economic shifts.”

“To embrace the market of the moment in Q3 22, we deliberately launched four new business communities as agents want a greater sense of connection, empowerment and impact,” Patel said. “Developed in partnership with agents, communities are an additional way for entrepreneurs to thrive in this rapidly changing market.”

  • The volume of contracts written was $414.7 billion, down 4.7% compared to the same period of 2021.

“While we are less than happy to report that our sales volume is down a low single-digit percentage year-to-date, there are immense opportunities in this market for our agents,” said Marc King, president of KW. “And we leverage our powerful culture, training, and technology to enable our agents to chart a growth trajectory for their businesses based on the new mathematics required by this market.”

“We’ve moved from a speed-based market to a skill-based market,” King said. “Lead conversion rates from months ago are no longer applicable to finding those who are motivated to transact in this market.”
