With a recent asset acquisition from a Pennsylvania company, Nahan has expanded its footprint on the East Coast.
Nahan has acquired the assets of Intellus Marketing’s mail division, according to an announcement by Nahan.
“Direct mail is the fastest growing segment of our business,” Nahan CEO Mike Ertel said in the announcement. “The addition of an East Coast facility enhances our already best-in-class platform with improved cycle time, which is an integral part of our end-to-end direct marketing solution.”
Having another facility will increase Nahan’s printing and mailing capacity, according to the release.
Nahan is a full-service direct marketing and print solutions provider.
Funeral director receives recognition
A funeral director Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud is one of less than two dozen funeral directors in Minnesota to achieve a specific level of national recognition.
Daniel Funeral Home funeral director Michael McIlheran has qualified for the designation of Certified Funeral Service Practitioner by the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, according to a press release from Daniel Funeral Home.
This qualification recognizes specific academic and professional programs in the funeral services industry. McIlheran is one of the Minnesota funeral directors to achieve this level of recognition. To initially earn the designation, a person must complete a 180-hour program of continuing education activities and events, the press release said.
Stearns Electric Association Elects New Members to Board of Directors
The Stearns Electric Association elected four directors to its board this month.
Bob Niehaus of Melrose will serve as Warden in District 6 and Jeff Koehler of Belgrade was elected in a special election to fill a vacancy for the remaining two years of the position.
Arlyn Lawrenz of Avon was re-elected in District 2 and Michael Cramer of St. Augusta was re-elected in District 3.
District 8’s Eric Peterson will serve as chair of the board; Randy Rothstein of District 4 as Vice President; and Cramer will serve as secretary/treasurer.
Waite Park recognized real estate agent
A Waite Park real estate agent has been recognized by Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc. for his performance in 2021.
Jason Jacobs received the Executive Club-level honor, recognition based on “production requirements specified in gross commission income or units closed in 2021,” according to a press release from Weichert Real Estate Affiliates.
Jacobs works at Weichert Realtors Tower Properties, an independently owned and operated subsidiary of Weichert.
