Toast to the YWCA update

VAN WERT – The Van Wert County YWCA made the difficult decision to cancel their in-person toast at the YWCA – which was scheduled for Friday, November 19. Due to the VWHS football game as well as concerns over a new wave of Covid cases they believed it was the best decision for their organization. They will convert their event in person into an online auction platform.

Below is an update on what Toast to the YWCA 2021 will look like now:
• Their online auction with travel packages through Travel Pledge is still LIVE and will run until Saturday 20/11, closing at noon. The link is provided here: https://ywcavanwert.travelpledgeauctions.com/Event
• ALL OTHER auction items will be listed on charityauctionstoday.com – this link will be available for preview soon. The online auction will open for auction from Wednesday 1/12 at midnight and will end on Wednesday 08/12/20 at 8 p.m.
• They will be holding an “Online Auction Open House Preview” in person on Tuesday 11/30, Wednesday 12/01 and Thursday 12/02 from 11 am to 8 pm each of those days at the YWCA. This will allow community members to see the auctioned items in person before bidding on them.
• They will continue to sell raffle tickets (1 for $ 5 or 6 for $ 25) to win their package offered by Plastic Surgery Innovations, Dr Joe and Dawn Stine. This package includes amazing products and services including Botox treatment, HydraFacial, Zo Skin Healthy products, Michael Kors bracelet and Glo Brand gloss trio, shadows and brushes for a retail value of $ 950.00 . They’ll be selling raffle tickets at the YWCA reception and during our preview of the open house – plus they’ll be selling tickets all over town (follow their social media pages for locations) and on the website. online auction! The winner will be drawn on Wednesday December 8!
